What are the evaluation requirements for an outpatient office?
The office must meet the following requirements, including but not limited to:
- Adequate physical access
- Appearance and adequacy of the waiting area and the examination room
- Meet safety and equipment requirements.
- Proper maintenance of clinical records.
- Confidentiality of the records and any other clinical information.
- Keep patients informed about the following:
- Rights and responsibilities
- Written explanation of the grievance or complaint procedure.
- Bachelor”s and bachelor’s degree
Access and appointment standards.
