Our provider network has more than 1,500 suppliers from facilities, expert groups and specialists in human behavior and medicine around Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Call center service provider is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. our staff will kindly guide you on how to become a network provider from the requirements to complete the accreditation process to meet the final status of your application. If you are a participating provider we are available to meet your needs and provide guidance on issues related to billing codes and rates, among others.
